What to Expect

You will immediately feel at home the moment you walk in the door.

If you’ve ever gone to a social event where you didn’t know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel.  Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!

The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy. It’s as simple as that.

So, check us out here. Poke around. Get to know us. Then, contact us to make an appointment so we can get to know you.

Your First Visit

On a patients first visit they can expect a friendly welcome to our clinic. A detailed initial exam and history will be completed by one of our doctors after some brief paperwork. We then do some therapy to relax and ease the tension in the patients body. The first visit will usually take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes.

Your Second Visit

On the patients second visit we will go over the results of the exams performed by the doctor. The patient will usually be adjusted for the first time on this visit also. The second visit usually takes from 20 to 40 minutes.

A Typical Visit

The typical office visit consists of the patient signing in at the front desk and going directly back to see the doctor. We have a no wait policy in our clinic to ensure that we use our patients time to the fullest degree.

The Doctor Asks some important questions of interest to Rapid City residents - Chiropractor Rapid City The Doctor Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
